Eating healthy food is a great way to stay connected to your energy and yourself. Every time we allow our physical, emotional, and spiritual systems to become unnatural and lazy, we block the opportunity for excitement and growth. Keep your body pure and clean by feeding and changing it, and prepare yourself.
